Please complete the form below no later than midnight on Sunday 12th March if you wish to attend and you will receive confirmation 7 days prior to the session. If the session is full, the form below will be removed. The session will take place at 7.00pm in The Channels Room, Beaulieu Community Centre on Wednesday 22nd March and will last circa 2 hours.
Information submitted via the above form will be held only for the purpose of notification of attendance at the Defibrillator/CPR training session.
