The current Essex County Council/Public Health England Coronavirus initiative is based around Facebook, as is the Channels Community Coronavirus Support Network Group. However not everyone uses Facebook so if you do need assistance, please fill in the simple form below and the information will be received by a Channels Residents Community Group representative who will respond to you.
Please only use the above form where you have a real concern or have a genuine need for assistance, such as where you are self-isolating or if you are considered ‘high risk’ due to an underlying health condition.
Who is at high risk?
The Essex Welfare Service has been set up to help you find and access support during the COVID19 challenge. If you need support with advice, daily living tasks and wellbeing, do not hesitate to contact them via www.essexwelfareservice.org.uk/contact or by phone on 0300 303 9988.
Of course if you do have access to Facebook, please do use the Channels Community Coronavirus Support Network Group for support and discussion with members of your local community.
