The Estates & Amenities Sub Committee is responsible for working with key stakeholders to develop, enhance, and promote the use of those communal areas and services which do not belong to an individual and which must be maintained for the benefit of all.
The Sub Committee will also work with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with ecology plans with a view to continually enhancing wildlife and biodiversity wherever possible. A time limited working group is also in place to monitor progress of Highways adoption by Essex County Council.
